Belinda Micallef

Belinda is an Occupational Therapist with over 9 years experience, working throughout a wide range of settings (home, school, clinical and community based environments) with adults, adolescents and children.

These days Belinda holds a special interest in working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and also has experience in supporting individuals with developmental delays and mental health disorders.
Belinda strives to work in partnership with individuals, families and relevant supports to assess and develop targeted interventions with the goal to increase each individuals’ participation and independence within their meaningful activities.

Interventions are family and strength based approaches with a strong focus towards enhanced emotional and behavioural regulation, fine and gross motor development, increased attention and concentration levels, improved social skills and promotion of mental health and overall life satisfaction.
