She embraces a holistic methodology to gently address mental health challenges and increase wellbeing. Her primary approaches include process work (Process Oriented Psychology), mindfulness-based interventions and somatic therapy. Beth is compassionate, creative and playful and enjoys supporting clients to reach their goals through innovative methods that move beyond a sitting still, talk-therapy approach.
With a background in primary teaching and mindfulness training, Beth works with a wide range of clients: adults through to younger clients. She has a special interest in supporting parents to reduce anxiety, develop emotional regulation strategies, improve relationships, and develop greater self-confidence.

At OKAY Therapy, our one-to-one services include occupational therapy, speech therapy, play therapy, and social work, with access to therapy assistants. Additionally, we provide interest-based group therapy, online learning, parent support networks, and community partnerships.
