Hayley Fisher

Hayley is Social Worker with over 10 years of practice wisdom with experience working with children, adolescents and their families in the mental health sector and trauma field of practice.

Hayley is a proud member of the AASW, (Australian Association of Social Workers) and is trained in advanced Clinical Child-Centered Play Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR and IFS modalities of therapy.

Hayley has extensive experience working with children and young people who are neurodivergent and who have experienced trauma, family violence, and sexual assault. Hayley also has extensive experience supporting children and adolescents engaging in problematic sexual behaviours. Hayley is skilled in providing bio-psycho-social assessments as well as working with caregivers to provide therapeutic strategies that see a reduction in challenging behaviours and improved parent/child relationships.

Hayley is experienced in providing secondary consultation and complex case management support to advocate for clients and navigate complex service systems to ensure you are receiving appropriate supports for optimal health and wellbeing. Hayley brings a feminist lens that is trauma-informed to ensure that every client feels heard and valued.
