Sarina A’Vard

Occupational Therapist

Sarina is an Occupational Therapist who grew up on the Mornington Peninsula. She moved to Geelong to study her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Deakin University. Sarina has experience working as a mental health and paediatric OT.

Sarina believes that connection, a deep sense of safety, and joy are important factors in supporting her clients to achieve their goals. She is guided by trauma-informed and affirming practice and is committed to learning from her clients and continuing her professional development in these areas.

Sarina enjoys collaborating with her clients to help them achieve their goals in the areas of daily living, emotional regulation, fine-motor, gross-motor, mental health support, and sensory modulation.

In her spare time Sarina enjoys being outdoors with friends, surfing, pottery and eating chicken nuggets.
